[00:00:00] Speaker A: Go.
[00:00:02] Speaker B: And we are live.
[00:00:03] Speaker A: All right, all right, all right. Welcome back, everybody. Welcome back to Real Talk with Heather and Andres.
Today's.
It's a little bit special. It's a little bit different than having a guest or going into the different topics because, hey there. We're gonna be giving our audience a sneak peek into our communities. Is that right?
[00:00:26] Speaker B: Yes. I'm very excited about that. I know this has been in the works for a while. We've been talking about it for months, kind of teasing people saying, oh, yeah, we're going to launch a community. And then we have been just trying to get it perfect so we're finally ready to do it.
[00:00:39] Speaker A: Nice, nice. And before we dive into what the community is all about, like you said, I think it's important for us to go back a little bit into how we got to this point. What got us into putting a community together, what is the community all about? And with a little history on that.
[00:01:01] Speaker B: So, you know, when you think about, why would you need a community, why would you need another app or another program when there's so many out there, it's because if you're an agent, a real estate agent or whatever business profession you're in, a lot of times you kind of feel disconnected from everybody else, and there's not a great way to communicate with everyone in your organization with all within one spot.
The benefit of having this is that everything can be housed and organized within the community, so there's never any questions of, oh, I didn't know when the meeting was, or I couldn't find that document, or, oh, I couldn't get a hold of so and so because I don't have their information.
Everything is right there. So it's really nice as far as communication and organization.
[00:01:42] Speaker A: Absolutely. And I know there's, like, you mentioned, there's a lot of Facebook groups, different programs, different apps, but I found myself quite useful to have everything within that community and all the content and all the tools that you can add to it and. And have everybody involved and participate, communicate.
I think it's a great, great, great feature to. To have, regardless of your business you're in. Right. I know in the real estate space, we are. We're putting this together to expand our reach and collaborate with agents from different states. Right.
But like you said, it goes more, more deeper than that, and it can apply to any business using.
They're working.
[00:02:27] Speaker B: You know, you really can. I know my daughters, they do competition, cheer and school activities and things like that. And I swear, there's like 50 different ways that everybody communicates. They're sending out emails or they're, you know, they're posting on a group me or something like that. And if you, if you miss one app, you forget to check one app, then you're just totally lost and you can miss something really important.
So the way it just brings everything together is very nice.
[00:02:54] Speaker A: It is, it is. And just to share a quick, quick experience with that, I recently was a part of a training and they created a community just for that training, for that seminar. Right. And you have everybody, you have people from New Zealand in there.
There were people all over the world and, and it was magical to see that, that everyone, everyone plugged into the community, start sharing content, start sharing ideas, what they thought about this session, what they thought about that particular topic, this particular guest. So I thought it was great how that came together and just connected everyone from different aspects of the world going into one content, plugging into one segment. So I thought that was great. And, and we want to bring something like this where we are connecting everyone that plugs into the community and collaborate, regardless of the business they're in. Right. And it's something that they can dive deeper and create a much bigger impact within their industry.
[00:03:51] Speaker B: Exactly. And the great thing about it is that the community is integrated with a CRM. So if you don't have a CRM or you need a CRM or you think you don't, but you really do need a CRM, it's a great option for you. And we're going to kind of go through today. I'm going to give everybody a tour of not the CRM today. We'll get into that later. Today we're just going to focus on the communities. But I mean, like you said, any profession, this could be for any employer that needs to have, you know, community with his employees. It could be for a sports organization. It could even be for your family.
Between me and my boyfriend, we have six kids. So you definitely need a little bit of organization and keeping everybody together. And these are a great way to do that.
[00:04:30] Speaker A: Absolutely. You mentioned CRM several times.
What is the CRM? Exactly?
[00:04:36] Speaker B: So a CRM is a system that you would use to keep track of all of your leads, your clients. Most agents have a CRM through their brokerage. Some other organizations, even if you're outside of real estate, they have CRMs. Whatever program it is that you go into every day at work and you're in there, whether it's, I don't know, I probably can't say the names on air of different ones. But I'm sure everybody's worked with something where you go into it, you can put notes in it, sometimes you can make calls, sometimes you can tip from it. Not every CRM allows that, however ours does. Just so you know, you can make calls, you can make texts, you can send emails, create workflows, build websites, build landing pages, it houses webinars, it does blogs, it has a social media planner in it as well that does amazing things. So if you run a social media business, this would be a great tool for you. It would be an amazing tool if you're like a social media manager or something like that.
[00:05:33] Speaker A: Yeah. So essentially CRM, customer relationship management system. Right. Be able to keep everything organized for your customers in one place. And, and there's so many things that you can do within the CRM to, to expand your business reach and of course communicate and stay on top of about with your clients.
So I think that's a, it's a whole conversation in itself because there are so many things that you can do within that platform as the CRM. And, and I know I personally talked to a number of real estate agents and people in other industry that did not have a CRM. Right.
They, they do a lot of their business and manage a lot of the clients from, from their phone.
I have all the contacts in the phone or they have a spreadsheet.
[00:06:24] Speaker B: And.
[00:06:24] Speaker A: Having a CRM is extremely useful and important nowadays.
A lot of the workflow and systems that you can put in place within that, it's to allow you to stay in touch with them without you having to consistently be sending a text message to. Imagine sending a text message to 400 people every day. Right.
[00:06:46] Speaker B: I don't, I don't know how they keep like the people that don't use scrm. I could not go through all my text messages trying to find that person that I talked to.
That'd be crazy.
[00:06:55] Speaker A: It's. Yeah, it is. So CRM. Yes. You get one for free by joining and then you have access to the community which is what we want to dive into today and give you a sneak peek. Right?
[00:07:08] Speaker B: Exactly. And as a super end of summer. Because it's already almost the end of summer. I can't believe the kids are going to go back to school and like one month, it just feels crazy. No less than a month. What? Two weeks. Two weeks the kids go back to school. That's insane. So as a end of summer giveaway, what we are doing is if you scan the QR code and like right Here, to the left of me, you get the free CRM and that is where the communities are housed. So you get the community so you can see everything that we're doing today and you can get that free to implement into your daily life business however you want to do it. So scan the QR code and when you come into the communities, after you enter, you'll put in the chat box, I'll show you how to do it. I want my free community. And then we'll get you your free community or your free CRM. But I want my free CRM.
[00:07:57] Speaker A: Absolutely. And the community is something that, like you mentioned earlier, we've talked about just like the podcast, we've talked about putting the podcast together, we talk about putting, setting up the community for our, for our within cloud realty. And now we extended that much, much wider than that for a bigger audience.
And we're finally here, we finally got it started, got going and let's roll in, into that introduction and how can we take advantage of this?
[00:08:28] Speaker B: Yes. Awesome. So I'm glad you asked. Let's do a little tour, if you will, behind the scenes, sneak peek into the community.
So if you scan the QR code, it's going to pop up on your screen when you enter your name, phone number and email. And then check your, check your email that you entered because that's where you're going to get the link to come into the communities. Once you come into the communities, this is going to be the screen that you see. Now this is different than the CRM. This is inside the CRM, but this is not the CRM. This is just a tiny section compared to everything that the CRM can do. So once you're on the main screen on your left, you have different channels. Now what channels are, are different feeds. So if you're thinking along the lines of like Facebook, this would be like your newsfeed right here.
And what these channels are, are different feeds so that we could kind of keep discussions organized because if everybody's asking questions in this one, it's going to get kind of confusing and nobody's really going to know what going on.
Right now we're up to 16 members because we just launched a couple days ago. So make sure that you guys scan that and get in here so we can get a lot of members in here talking and really just grow the organization.
Now on the left hand side, the channels that we have are introduce yourself and we're going to get into that in a minute and then we have announcements and this is Going to be just any announcements that we have to make. Now we have two channels that are actually private access channels. Those are for paid cloud agents. So if you're an agent who has done agent strategy appointment, we're working with you and helping you scale and grow, you have access to these. If not, then you don't have access to these unless you become a cloud agent. Next, we have events. So any events that we're having, like right now, take the tour, which you're on with Andres and I. And then we have open houses. So if you have an open house, you can come in here and post your open house. So this also is going to give you exposure for your listings. So it's a great way to get your listings out there when otherwise you wouldn't have had another source to get them out the next one. Oh, sorry. Go ahead. Honors.
[00:10:38] Speaker A: Is this just for real estate agents or anybody can join?
[00:10:43] Speaker B: Anybody can join. It's primarily geared for real estate agents, but we're all inclusive. I'm not going to say nobody can join. I don't want to be like that. So. Yeah, but keep in mind it is geared primarily towards real estate agents, lenders, anybody in the real estate field.
[00:11:01] Speaker A: All right. Are we going to be creating more content or a different channel to any.
[00:11:06] Speaker B: Industry in there as we grow? Definitely. We're all about scaling and growing. So as we grow, we can definitely make changes as need be.
[00:11:14] Speaker A: Absolutely. And I'm going to ask you some questions since I'm thinking as a consumer, someone that wants to, you know, uses, I want to bring some of the questions that I may have. So I'm going to stop you and ask your questions. Okay.
[00:11:28] Speaker B: Fire away. You have one right now.
[00:11:30] Speaker A: Go ahead.
[00:11:34] Speaker B: Well, that's really funny you said that because we're going to skip this tab and go to this one. This one is the Ask questions.
[00:11:40] Speaker A: There we go.
[00:11:42] Speaker B: So if you have a question, you can come in here. Not you, Andres. You can ask me now. But for everybody else, they can come in here and they can ask their question. They would just push this little button and here's where you can title your question, what's on your mind? And we'll get into that a little bit more in a second, too. We also have a referral buddy, so we're wanting to expand the referral network.
So if you come in here, you need an agent out of state or, you know, you can go through there and see who needs an agent that's maybe in your state. And it's another way to, you know, Network and socialize with other agents and grow your referral business as well. So that's why this one is referral buddy.
Share your wins we want to celebrate your wins. If you have a win, post it in here. Big, small, real estate related, not real estate related, just anything. We want to celebrate everybody.
And this is kind of.
[00:12:31] Speaker A: Good question. And that if I join the community, let's say I'm not in the real estate space yet and I don't know anyone, I don't know much about real estate.
How. How can I get started? What can I do within that community to to start engaging in some conversations?
[00:12:50] Speaker B: What you would do is just simply click on any of the conversations that you see going on. Any of the this is there where the main spot. If you click home, it'll bring you to this main news feed. So you could come in here and hopefully soon it'll be more people than just me posting.
And you can click on any one of these in the Introduce yourself would probably be the best place to start.
And it says start here. Just like this little button says start here. What this button does is it brings you right to that first start here point.
Read these directions and then you would put your answer here. So you see how I did it. I did. My name is Heather Fowler. I help agents with systems and CRMs.
And my biggest challenge right now is time because there's just never enough of it. So that's what we're looking for. And then you would just come in here, write your comment and then hit post. Except for I already did, so it's not going to let me post, but.
[00:13:47] Speaker A: So I can contribute. It's not just more of a hanging out or observing any. Anything I have, I can add it there and just, you know, start engaging with other members of the community.
[00:14:00] Speaker B: Yep, exactly. Plus you'll really be able to engage because this last one is games and we're going to be doing a bunch of games.
Some prizes will be given away. So really look into that folder when you guys come in our channel, whatever you want to call them, because the game one is going to be really fun. We're going to have some contests going on.
[00:14:20] Speaker A: Nice. Can I invite other people?
[00:14:23] Speaker B: Yes, absolutely. If you want to invite a member to the community, you would hit this tab right here that says invite members and then you would copy this link and send them that link whether you want to email them or text them or however you want to do it. Or you could put their name here and their email here and send them that way as well, nice.
[00:14:44] Speaker A: No more questions.
[00:14:49] Speaker B: Let's go up to the top here and we'll talk. I call these folders, these I call channels, these I call little folders. So this is our discussion. So if you hit home, it brings you to the main page. If you hit discussion, it brings you to the main page where you can talk on all the different channels. Then you have your learning tab. Now, this tab I really like because this is where we house all of the courses and free material that we give away. So not only are you getting the free CRM, the free communities, you're also going to get a bunch of marketing material that you can customize, specific to you and your brand, completely free. Again, this is geared towards real estate. So if you're not a real estate agent, you might not want the ultimate buyer's guide, but you may, I don't know, maybe you just want to go in there and, you know, do one for yourself. You can, but definitely come in here and check these out. The first thing you do though, when you come in here is you're going to go to start here and do this lesson.
And this is going to be the lesson that walks you through the community and introduces you to everything, kind of like I'm doing now, except for on your own timetable. And you would just go through here and you would complete all the different lessons. So you can see when you start, you hit start course, you have all the different stuff. We're not going to go through that today.
That can be something we can dive into on other things. But just for time's sake, we're going to keep on moving.
[00:16:12] Speaker A: Nice.
[00:16:13] Speaker B: These are all.
Oh, go ahead.
[00:16:15] Speaker A: I was gonna say, I think this is really cool where you have all the courses, all the training people that, that are, even if it's not real estate related, they can plug in and use the content that is there, learn from the content that is there. Whether you're looking to buy or sell real estate yourself, this is content that can, that you can relate to, you can share with other family members or friends that are looking to buy or sell.
And you can take the marketing content, like you say, and apply it to your business, to your industry.
And again, if there's any other questions that you have within that, you can ask them there in the community and either Heather or myself will answer that. I'll provide you more tools and access to other features within there that are, that are going to help you. But I think the way the community is, the way the course is, it's really, it's really interesting and easy to use to get your plugin, get you learning from what's in there and provide you access to a lot more things as you continue to go on.
[00:17:19] Speaker B: Definitely. And as well as that, if you're here strictly for the free CRM, I have tons of videos inside how to use your CRM and that is constantly growing. I'm adding more stuff. So if you need little quick tutorials, they're pretty short, some of them. I think the longest one is like 10 minutes. But I try to keep them really short to the point, this is how you do this, this is how you do this, this is how you do this. And inside the CRM we can actually open that up and you can kind of see some of the different things, like overview of your CRM system for leads, booking appointments, connecting social media, creating tasks. So there's just tons of different ones in here. And like I said, we'll be adding more as we go.
[00:18:01] Speaker A: Absolutely. The CRM things, it's incredible all the things that you can do within there and how helpful it is. So definitely take advantage of that.
[00:18:13] Speaker B: Then we have the members tab. This is where you can go through and see all the different members. And this is where you can reach out to members for a private chat if you want a private chat with somebody. So if you wanted to private chat with somebody, you would click on their name and you could click chat here and it would bring them up. And then I could just do a direct chat with him. Like, let's say there's something I want to discuss with you, but not in the open forum where everybody can see, I could do that here. Like, let's say you're here because you use one of the CRM, you're not a real estate agent and you're like, well, I need a real estate agent. I think I want that one. If you post in the main forum, I need a real estate agent, everybody's going to message you. But say you have somebody that you want specifically, you can just private message them. And the two ways to do that are either to click on the person's name like I just did and hit the chat button here, or you can hit the chat button here and then search for their name and text them that way.
Now notice here, and we'll get to this in a minute. You can see a little level by people.
[00:19:21] Speaker A: What does that mean?
[00:19:23] Speaker B: So she has, she's a level six and she's a level one. What that means is in our leaderboard over here, we, we have a little Competition going on. Little. Little games, if you will.
So there are up to nine levels, and the more points you get, the higher your level goes. And this is kind of different from the games that we were talking about earlier. Those are going to be extra bonus games. These are end contests. This is interaction within the CRM. So within the. I'm sorry, within the communities. So if you go through, you complete a course, you're going to get points. If you text somebody, you're going to get some points. If you answer one of the questions that somebody asks, you get a point. Any, any interaction that you're doing here earns you points, especially if you're doing the learning stuff. If you go through here and you complete this, not only do you get the knowledge, but you'll be issued a certificate that you'll get via email and then you'll get points to level up. And so there's different prizes that you can get for different things when you come in here and you become a member and. And we go through all of that in this. So if you want to know what those are, you got to come here and you got to hit open, you got to go through the lesson and then you'll learn about how to do that.
[00:20:34] Speaker A: Nice.
[00:20:37] Speaker B: One of the best features about this, I think, is the calendar is the events. So if you go to this folder that says events, you can put here all the events. And what's really nice is that when you, let's say I want to do this one, it tells me where it's at and it gives me the link. So if it's a zoom meeting, I know I can just go into my calendar and then I can grab that link, hit that link, and it'll take me to that zoom meeting, and I can add it to my calendar here.
And it's the same thing with all of these. So if you're an employer or your organization, like a sports organization, you can put all your practices in here, you can put all your team meetings in here. Anything you need to put in here, you can put in here so that everybody can see and everybody is organized. It also gives you a little upcoming section here where it tells you what's upcoming. Now the really super cool thing is that once you have the app, which ours is in the process of being created, so we're going to have the app soon where it'll just be like any other app on your phone. You can go into the app, you can do notifications via app. So let's say you have a meeting or a Practice or whatever coming up you can send a push notification to everybody in your community saying hey, we have you know, practice or hey, be on the soccer field or hey, the employee meeting is at such and such time and so everybody will be notified. So it's just a great way to keep everybody organized.
[00:21:56] Speaker A: Absolutely. I was just going to say regardless of what business using you're in, this is a must have. Right.
Keeping everyone on the same page. Oh, I didn't know where the meeting was, what time it was, when it was, what clients are we meeting today, what address. You can have these integrated in your business.
All your team members, staff have access to that. And, and that's it.
Right. One place to organize everything, keep everything going and facilitate that communication. Because trust me, I work in the supply chain industry for 12 years and one thing in many areas that, that there was a lack of was communication. Right. And I think it happens in every industry sometimes lack of communication on when and where meeting is or what's going to happen over the next three weeks.
Someone is always lacking or doesn't pay attention in the meeting or doesn't read the emails.
Right. Or get a missed call and don't hear to the voicemail.
Yeah, this can help solve a lot of those problems. Keeping everything in one place, everyone have access to it. There's not excuses and, and you know.
[00:23:12] Speaker B: With the trouble with emails is people get so many emails and they get so many junk emails and if you're unfortunately an organization sending emails a lot of time your emails go to spam. So you're trying to let people know, hey, you need to be here and your email went to spam and they never got the email. So this just totally, you know, alleviates that issue altogether because now you've got everything organized. So would have this been nice to have when you were working doing that?
[00:23:36] Speaker A: Oh absolutely. You don't know the number of times even just let's say someone need to schedule pto like yeah, you have your calendars but someone, let's be honest, some industry, they rely on, on each other to, to stay on top of that. Oh, I have tomorrow off. I won't be here next week for a couple of days.
This is a great way to integrate that electronically and, and have everyone on the same page. So if you have somebody off, you already have cover for that person.
You know, trust me, I would have loved to have that a few years ago when I worked there. Because you don't know the number of times that all of a sudden somebody doesn't show up and someone was not notified or didn't pay attention. And next thing you know, you have to shift things around because there was a lack of communication in the process or.
And now here, everybody addressing that, everybody on the same page with that feature allows you to be prepared for those situations.
[00:24:32] Speaker B: It really does. And what. And you just gave me an idea too, because say you're an employer and you're trying to do your scheduling. These can all be color coded, so you can pick what color you want these to be. So if you have people that are, you know, calling in or they can't make it, they're sick, whatever. You could have red and green or whatever colors you want. And green could be open shifts and red could be taken shifts. So you could post all of the shifts that are open. If someone's trying to get their shift covered, post it in the calendar that it's open and then everybody could see it and somebody could grab that shift.
[00:25:02] Speaker A: Yeah, exactly. It's.
There's so much into this, that particular calendar that, that will help make life a lot easier in certain industry that it's incredible just, just having accessibility and everyone involved into that particular area makes a huge difference.
[00:25:21] Speaker B: Now when you come into Head and Head in the Clouds communities and then you see the calendar, all these things are open and available for everybody who joins. So you're welcome to come to all of these. In fact, we encourage people to come to these trainings. They're amazing trainings.
I would definitely suggest coming to Monday mindset, get you set in the right mind frame for the whole week. Tuesday is technology Tuesday. So if you just got the free CRM, you probably want to come to that one because you probably want to learn how to use it.
Then we have what's working Wednesdays, which is awesome because we're not gatekeeping anything. We're going to show up and if you've got something that works, share it with everybody. There's enough business to go around. And I'm a firm believer and I, I believe you. I. Well, I know you too are andres of. You treat people how you want to be treated. And sharing is caring. Like I tell my kids.
[00:26:11] Speaker A: Yeah, I think that's the beauty of it. You treat everyone how you want to be treated and it comes back around, you know, no matter what the situation is, sometimes you, you got to treat people enough for.
You got to treat them for who they are and how they. They're behaving and, and how you want that relationship to go and forget that there, there's a business aspect of it, you know. Yeah, the relationships are more important than, than anything else. Everything else will take care of itself and you probably get more clients, you probably don't do business with that person. Right. But you build a relationship, you build a friendship and all of a sudden you have multiple other clients that came along just because of you. Treat that person, that relationship.
Everything has a way of coming back to you.
[00:27:06] Speaker B: It really does.
Then next, did we we talk about training Thursdays? No, I don't think we went into training Thursdays yet. So we have training Thursdays is really cool because that is where we do role play and script practice now, again, geared towards real estate. So these are scripts for real estate and for cloud realty agents.
But if you want to come on this and you know, no matter what you're doing, if you're in sales, you can always improve your pitch.
So I encourage you, even if you're not in real estate, to hop on and see if that's something that you would be interested in. And maybe you're interested in becoming a real estate agent after talking to, you know, some of us and hearing about how successful agents are being, especially with cloud in the communities.
[00:27:50] Speaker A: Absolutely. And I was going to say, even if you're not in the real estate industry and you're working with clients and in any capacity and you have polls and you have some trainings that you would like us to review, please bring it on board and say, hey, I have these calls. Can you guys help me out, provide some feedback and we can share the call during that moment and have some of our coaches provide you some feedback. I think that's the beauty of it. Not just keep it real estate wise, but overall, if we're working with clients, we want to have better relationships, we want to have better conversion rates and, and we can share that in that platform with anyone. So please let us know, come on board. We'll be happy to do that.
[00:28:34] Speaker B: And then the Last 1 is CEO powerhouse Friday. And this is where we talk about spotlighting visions and updates and anything that's going on within the cloud community.
I just think you should come to all of them. Do you have a favorite one, Andres, that you like?
[00:28:52] Speaker A: Well, all of them.
What's working Wednesdays?
We did an interview yesterday with Sarah Runyans yesterday and the week before we did it with, with Joshua Wheelock.
What's beauty? The beauty of what's working Wednesday is that we, we're seeing clients that are applying. We have agents that are applying, what they're taking on Monday, Tuesday Thursdays, Friday and on Wednesday we get to see how that, that the fruit of that work. Right. They're applying the new technology, they're applying the feedback that they're getting on Thursdays, you know, they're approaching the week with the right mindset, they're approaching the calls with the right mindset.
And on Wednesday we get to hear the results.
So, so, so for that, that's turning into a favor only because I get to see the result of everything else that they're applying into that.
But trust me, I myself gain something new every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. So I just, I like to see the full circle and I get to see that on Wednesdays and I missed.
[00:29:59] Speaker B: Wednesday because the doctors. But I, I, I love that too. I like when you get to see the completion. It's always cool when you see someone start with cloud or just anything. Somebody starts with a dream and a vision and, and then when you see it come to completion. That's an amazing.
[00:30:14] Speaker A: Just just to give you a quick insight into what Sarah said yesterday from one client that we help her. She got three deals on.
She, she helped the client sell the property, helped to buy a property, and in the process of hosting an open house for that property, she got another buyer. So that's three deals with one one lead that came into her pipeline. That's, that's incredible.
[00:30:41] Speaker B: That is, that is, that is really amazing.
[00:30:43] Speaker A: And that's within two months.
[00:30:46] Speaker B: Dang.
[00:30:47] Speaker A: See, how many, how many agents have I talked to that do three deals in a year?
How many agents do you know that that takes them a while, don't have a consistency in their business to, to have multiple deals every month. Right.
[00:31:04] Speaker B: I think that's probably the common theme I see with agents that are in production, but they're not constantly lead generating. And so they're only dealing with whatever's in front of them at the moment. And so they're not closing that many deals because they're not having that momentum that keeps going. And with the CRM, that's one of the benefits of that is the metrics. The dashboard has metrics where you can see exactly how many conversations you had, exactly how many meetings you had. You can keep track of everything and kind of see what's going on.
[00:31:34] Speaker A: Yeah.
Coach Russ mentioned it may not be the exact words, but the numbers is the language of the business. Right. The numbers will tell you how your business are and, and how many conversations, what are you doing activity wise to have the magic number that you want pending every month.
If you talk to him And I'm hoping to have him as a guest here over the next month.
It's a whole different approach.
So, yeah, the numbers, you got to know your numbers.
So it's incredible. So I was very happy. Love seeing that from Sarah and, and that's kind of why I, I love Wednesdays. Get to hear those type of results.
It's incredible.
[00:32:20] Speaker B: So grab your free CRM and then let's hear your success story on Wednesday, guys.
[00:32:26] Speaker A: Absolutely. Hell yeah. I'm down for that. You let me know, I'll plug in on the calendar. I already have a guest for next week and I'm looking forward for continued success stories. And let me know. I'll plug in on Wednesday.
[00:32:40] Speaker B: That would be awesome. Speaking of the calendar and the events and everything that can happen on those, you can also send out push notifications and schedule messages to go out through your CRM. So if you have the CRM, you have the social media portion, you go into the social media portion portion, you have the option in there to post in communities and schedule those. So I have the option to come here.
And this right here was scheduled. It was scheduled to go out. I didn't have to do it. So it's kind of like a set and done. So you say you have a training meeting every Wednesday and every Wednesday at 1:00 you have a training meeting. You can go into your social media calendar, you can schedule a post that's going to go out to everybody, or you could schedule a push notification that's going to go out to everybody 10 minutes before the training and say, hey, heads up, training in 10 minutes.
Then you don't have to go to your phone and message 30 million different people or send out an email or send out, you know, a Facebook message and hope that it gets there. You know that it will because you're going to send it out and you're going to have it scheduled and you're only going to do it once and then it can be set for like the rest of the year.
[00:33:50] Speaker A: That is true.
[00:33:52] Speaker B: So there's a lot of time saving factors within this.
One thing we hadn't talked about yet was how to like set up your profile and everything like that. If you click the little circle right here at the top, I've already set mine up. But you can change your picture and then you can put in a little bio about you.
There we go. I was stuck inside the page.
Definitely recommend setting up your, your picture so people can see your face, makes it more personable and then put a little bio if you're in real estate, put real estate. If you're not real estate, put whatever you're in, what you're doing and you know what you hope to gain out of the communities.
[00:34:32] Speaker A: I was gonna just ask, I was just thinking about asking you, like for someone who doesn't have much time to, to plug into the community, let's say I just have maybe 10 minutes a day.
What kind of value can I get from it?
[00:34:48] Speaker B: Tons of value. If you only have 10 minutes a day, what I would say is come to the left hand side here and go to announcements and go to events and see what's going up. Because if you only have 10 minutes today, you might have some more time tomorrow. And you might find out tomorrow that there's a training or a guest or something like that that's going to be speaking that you want to go to.
I definitely think that would be there. And plus the competitions and the games that we're gonna have, they're not gonna require like all day and a ton of work because we know that everybody's got lives, everybody's got stuff going on, but we also want to make sure that as a community we're, you know, close knit, coming together and everybody's getting to know everybody. So the first couple games will be probably like icebreaker type things. So I definitely check the channels on the left side under announcements. Events and games would be what I would say.
[00:35:38] Speaker A: Awesome, awesome. Always got to check out the calendar, right?
[00:35:41] Speaker B: Always gotta check out the calendar.
[00:35:44] Speaker A: Like I said, we, we're posting the podcast.
Anything that's happening within the community is going to be posted there. So.
So I think you mentioned now that you mentioned that, can I add an event? Let's say I'm in another industry and I have an event locally post coming up. Can I add something to the calendar or should that be on the announcements?
[00:36:09] Speaker B: So go to the events. If you go into the events and hit this tab, you can post that. By going here you can post what your event is. Now if you want something to be posted on like the main calendar for everybody, what I would say is to private chat me or you and say, you know, hey, I have this event coming up, can it go on the calendar? And then we'll get back to you about scheduling that on the calendar so that everybody can see it. But in the meantime you can definitely come under the events tab on the left and put your event here and you can add pictures. So if you have a picture of a flyer of it, just upload that right here. You can add videos if you have a video of you talking. And actually I encourage people to do that. I encourage people just to do a little quick video about themselves or event and then post that. You can post the link to it if it's online attachments, if there's a document, emojis, of course, everybody loves emojis. And then the little gifts, if you want to, like post something, there's a bunch of cute little things in here.
[00:37:07] Speaker A: Awesome, awesome. And I was gonna say, if you're in a different industry or even as a real estate agent and you want to come up on this podcast as a guest, let us know. We can set you up on one of the upcoming events and we can dive into as specific on your business, you know, things that you want to highlight, things you want to talk about. And we can just make it a simple chat and we can, you know, of course you get access to this content, it's going to be sharing the community. It's going to be in our YouTube channels and on our platform. So if you join the community and you have a business that you want to talk about, let us know. I'm, I'm more than happy. This is, that's just what it's all about. We put in this community together so that we can talk amongst one another, learn from one another and continue to put more content out there for, for the audience that we want to, you know, impact and touch.
[00:38:02] Speaker B: And definitely there's so many industries are related. Right. Like next week we're having the home inspector on. So he's not a real estate agent, but he works with real estate agents. He works with buyers to do the home inspection.
I know a ton of people that make Etsy stuff, make crafts and real estate agents want those things because they want closing gifts for their clients. When we go to closing most, I need my stuff here. Most real estate agents bring a closing gift and it's always cool if it's something unique, homemade. So if you're joining and that's your side business, or you're joining and you're not a real estate agent, but you're like, hey, I make like wooden plaques with, you know, engravings on them.
I would say come over here to share something, this tab and post that here.
So if you have something, a business you want to share, things like that, this would be the appropriate tab for that right here. And you can put all of your information there. You can put your contact information, you can put your website, you can put pictures of what it is you're sharing. And the price. And that way the agents can contact you directly. Because if they want to contact you directly, you know, they can just click you and through the chat.
[00:39:09] Speaker A: Yeah, absolutely. Just imagine anyone, contractor, painters, it's, it's building a network of businesses that we can potentially help one another, serve one another and be able to collaborate through this platform. So it's incredible.
[00:39:29] Speaker B: And it's always nice to be the person that you're. Okay. I don't say it's always nice because Tony's phone rings off the hook, but it's, he's the person everybody calls to say, do you know somebody? Do you know somebody that can do this? Do you know somebody that can do that? But he always does. He always knows everybody. So if you're an agent or you're in any profession, you want people to call you because that's how you get your businesses, by word of mouth that you're the one to go to. Like, you're the, I know a guy person.
So what this does is gives you the opportunity as well. If, let's say you have a client, some other city that you don't know. Like, let's say I was like, Blue Ridge for me, and they're like, hey, a tree just fell on my car in Blue Ridge. And, and do you have somebody that can come to my house and clear out the yard where the tree was? I can come to the forum. If I don't, I can come to Head in the Clouds and I can type in there. I need somebody that can clean up a tree in a yard in Blue Ridge. Who you got? And then people can comment on that and I can get that information. Otherwise you're just kind of like, ah, I don't know, maybe. Let me pull out the phone books even exist anymore? I don't think they do. Huh?
[00:40:29] Speaker A: I don't think so. I haven't seen one in a minute.
Yellow pages.
[00:40:34] Speaker B: My daughter would be like, what's a phone book?
[00:40:37] Speaker A: They have yellow pages, but it's more of a digital way now, not actual phone book. And I remember those phone books and the maps, man, I love the maps. The printer maps.
I'm a sucker for that. I can, I can take a look at a map and just go off based on that for directions.
[00:40:56] Speaker B: I can't read a map to save my life. Like, I, I, I really, I couldn't follow a map out of a paper bag. I really couldn't.
[00:41:03] Speaker A: That's Doman. That's my wife.
She had sense of direction. She gets lost.
[00:41:11] Speaker B: I, I, I have no sense of direction. They'd be like. When sorry is like, turn southeast. If I knew which way southeast was, I wouldn't need you. Why are you telling me to turn southeast?
[00:41:22] Speaker A: Just. Just a quick off story on that. We went through.
We drove from California over here several times, right? And two of those times, we took the same route without looking at the gps.
I already, like, I had that route synchronous in my head already. I tell her, look, in so many miles, we're going to see this. We're going to do that in this place. We're going to be entering New Mexico in this particular area. When you see this.
I'm one that. I like to memorize landmarks in order for direction, so.
So I picked. I'm always paying attention no matter where I go. I'm. I'm one of those. If I go into a restaurant, I'm checking all the access. I'm checking other people.
I scan everything in a few seconds.
So I told her, and she's like, how the hell do you remember all of these? Like, you got the directions all the way from California over here. I'm like, just happens. Pay attention.
[00:42:19] Speaker B: You drove from here to California with no map?
[00:42:24] Speaker A: I didn't.
I could. I can.
[00:42:28] Speaker B: Oh, my God. Yeah. No, I couldn't drive, like, 20 minutes from my house without a map.
You just memorize, like, the way to go.
[00:42:37] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah.
[00:42:40] Speaker B: I can't do that.
I'm with Ellie because I would be like, how the hell do you know where to go?
[00:42:48] Speaker A: Even once we moved here to Alabama within a week, that I'm not using gps.
And she's like, how the hell do you know how to get home?
Like, I'm still lost. I'm still in the process to get here, and you're already here. You don't know what this is? That you know where I work? I don't even know where I work.
[00:43:08] Speaker B: Oh, my God. You just triggered a memory of. Do you know the joke about the path and the guy that drives the cat away and dumps him out?
[00:43:16] Speaker A: No.
[00:43:17] Speaker B: Okay, so another side story for our side story, and then we can get back on track. Apparently there's this man and there's this cat that shows up at his house, and he doesn't. And I don't know, like, if there's more to the story, so I'm probably gonna butcher this, but apparently he doesn't like the cat and he doesn't want the cat. So he takes the cat and he drives 15 minutes away and drops the cat off, and then he Comes home and then the next morning the cat's on the porch again. So he's like, damn it, this cat. So he puts it in the car and he drives 30 minutes away, drops the cat off, comes home, same thing. Next morning, the cat's on the porch and he's like, are you serious? So he puts the cat in the car, drives two hours away, drops the car off, drops the cat off and comes home and he's like, we're good. The next morning the cat's on the porch again. So he's like, son of a. You know what?
Puts the cat in the car, drives for six hours, drops the cat off, and he's on his way home and he gets lost.
So he calls his wife and he's like, hey, is there an orange cat on the porch? And she looks out the window and she's like, yeah, there's an orange cat on the porch. And he's like, good, put him on the phone so he can tell me how to get home.
[00:44:26] Speaker A: There you go.
Who needs a cat now, huh?
[00:44:31] Speaker B: Right? I guess that cat lived there from then on since he was the only one that knew the way home.
I probably wouldn't be able to find my way home from 15 minutes away from the house. So.
[00:44:43] Speaker A: I pay attention. Just, just gotta be, you know, center grounded. I know where I'm at at all times.
[00:44:54] Speaker B: Wow.
[00:44:54] Speaker A: But yeah, going back to the community, we can get sidetracked into anything nowadays. It's, it's very easily, but I think, I think this is gonna be great way to connect with more, more, more people, different industries.
Not just. Of course, we started off real estate wise because that's what we do.
That's our passion for this business.
But we want to be able to connect with anyone because I think there's tons of value that they can, they can integrate not just from the connections that they can build within there, but using the community in the platform itself and the CRM for their respective business. I think tons of value they can gain from what we're doing that they can translate over to their respective business and, and grow that aspect of things. And we can help them in that capacity, right?
[00:45:44] Speaker B: Yep, definitely. And that, that's what we're here for. And if they want to book a strategy session with us, they would just click this link right here by the little telephone and that'll bring up the calendar and, and I'm actually going to add another one there too to do personal calendars. Actually, I'll make it two or three where you have my calendar you have your calendar and if you want to sit down with us. And again, primarily geared towards real estate agents, but we're here ready to help and service anybody that needs that.
Just book an appointment with us. The appointment is free. We look at your business and see if there's a room for us to help and see if there's any improvements that can be made.
[00:46:23] Speaker A: Incredible. And like I said, over the next week or so we can you continue to provide more training videos on, on the CRN aspect of things, everything within the community, once they join, it's really self explanatory. If they go through the training process, the courses that you created, where it's going to help them get to the next step and so you gamify it so you see the different levels as you continue to complete some trainings. Not only that, as you complete those trainings, you're gaining more access to more features within the community. So I think it's a great way to get you in there, get you involved, get you engaged and just plug anything in. If you have anything on top of mind that you want to talk about, that you want to discuss, that you want to share, I put it on the community. You know, I'm one of those. I'm going to be putting more content in there. I want to start initiating some conversations and if you want to be a guest on the podcast, let us know.
Let's make it happen.
[00:47:27] Speaker B: Yep. And again, this is free. There's no catch. It's not like a bait and switch or a gimmick. The CRM is free and the communities inside the CRM is free. Now I will say there are above and beyond extra features that you can purchase if that's something that they want to do and we can go into that, but that's not what this is about. You're still going to get the CRM, you're still going to get communities, you're still going to get the trainings. You're invited to all of the member training, all of that is free. There's no okay. Once you join then you're going to pay it. It's free. It's up to you. You can either stay here on the free level and if that's enough for you, that's that's awesome. But if you want more, there is more. But there's no bait and switch. It really is free. There's no catch.
[00:48:08] Speaker A: Absolutely. And again, CRM, customer relationship management, whether you are a real estate agent or not and you have a definitely recommended to take a look it's free plugin. See how you can use it, how you can maximize the platform to your business and.
And if it makes sense for you and you want to dive deeper, let us know.
[00:48:32] Speaker B: Yep. And again, the way to kind of dive in and see if it's something you want to do is going to the learning tab and then scrolling down here to how to use your CRM and you can see some of the cool stuff that the CRM does. Or come to the event calendar and go to Tuesday or you can come to Q and A with Heather. And that is specifically for the CRM and the communities too. So if you have a question within the communities, but if you have a question with your CRM, show up to that one and we can address those and they're open forum, first come, first serve. So there's not really topics per se. It's just feels over there and whatever questions need to be addressed.
[00:49:11] Speaker A: Nice, nice. I think, well, it's just about time to wrap things up here. It flies by, huh? Time really flies by. When we, we put this together right before we started we were talking about, man, it's what, three, three weeks since we started. We, we questioned it for some time until we said let's just do it and we'll figure it out in the process. And here we are.
Today was a sneak peek into our community and what we're putting together there. Next week we're going to be talking about home inspection on Tuesday.
Right. So for anyone looking to buy or sell real estate, if you want to understand a little bit more what that inspection means, what it entitles, we're gonna have a inspector with us.
What's his name? Tim.
[00:50:06] Speaker B: The inspector. Stephen. Stephen.
[00:50:10] Speaker A: Nice, nice. So and he's in the Georgia market, right?
[00:50:13] Speaker B: Yes, in like the metro Atlanta area.
[00:50:17] Speaker A: Outstanding. So yeah, if you want to learn a little bit more what about what it takes and what an inspection is all about, please plug in with us next Tuesday. And excited for that.
[00:50:30] Speaker B: I think it's going to be good. We've got a bunch of stuff upcoming. I'm excited to have Marianne back on and we can go over in depth like maybe do a first time home buyer seminar type style.
[00:50:42] Speaker A: Absolutely.
We're going to put it on the schedule as well. And then the following week we're going to have your transaction coordinator as well.
Get a feel of what it takes to be a transaction coordinator.
Wally really takes overall for a transaction. Right. For a real estate transactions. A lot of people think that just buying and selling agents is just listing the property Just showing houses and that's it.
[00:51:10] Speaker B: Yeah.
[00:51:11] Speaker A: And some people think they can do themselves, but there's really a lot more to it than meets the eye.
So we can dive into a specific what that process is about. So I'm excited to have Rambo and dive more into that process and show people, you know, what it's all about.
[00:51:31] Speaker B: Yep. I'm super excited for everything that's coming up. Don't forget, guys, to go like follow, subscribe and share our channels. And you can, if the ticker on the bottom has our website on it where you can go, you can follow me, you can follow Andres, go follow all of our different channels. Thank you guys for watching. Don't forget to scan the QR code and join our communities. And any last parting words.
[00:51:51] Speaker A: Andres, thank you for joining us today. I look forward to the next segment on Tuesday. And again, you can follow us on all the social media channels, re watch the videos and our YouTube channels and if you have any questions or you want to be a guest here, let us know. Also, if you want to have a chat in Spanish, for those of you that have a business in Spanish and community, you want to focus on the community in Spanish, let me know.
So I want to, I want to be doing that in Spanish as well. Having Chas Senas is the name of the channel. So open to, to having this conversation. I just keep it simple.
So.
[00:52:36] Speaker B: Awesome.
[00:52:36] Speaker A: Thank you.
Thank you guys. And we'll see you next Tuesday.
[00:52:42] Speaker B: Bye, guys. See you on the next one.
[00:52:44] Speaker A: Bye.
